Team USA's Madison Chock and Evan Bates won their first Olympic ice dance medal, but not winning gold was a devastating blow for the American pair.

A bunch of athletes reported their medals detaching from their ribbon, causing dents and in one case, breaking in half. In response, the Olympics organizing committee is re-checking all the medals.

That seventh career gold put Klaebo one away from tying the Winter Olympics record for gold medals, held by Norwegian cross-country skiers Bjorn Daehlie and Marit Bjorgen and Norwegian biathlete Ole Einar Bjorndalen.
