This is one of our favorite ways to stretch the pecs! We like this drill for so many reasons: ▪️The wall serves as a guide to find a neutral spine and shoulder blade position ▪️In order to maintain neutral spine position, you have to engage your back extensors (which is hard because we fall into a rounded spine posture a lot) ▪️It strengthens the periscapular muscles that support a neutral shoulder blade position (also hard since our shoulders love to roll forward) ▪️It stretches the pec muscles
