HARASSMENT ARREST: Stephen Cilurso,72, is behind bars after U.S. Marshals arrested him for allegedly stalking and harassing Gov. Mikie Sherrill. Authorities say he left explicit messages directed at Sherrill while she was running for governor, with incidents reported in October and November. Officials have not said whether the messages were sent by phone or online. New Jersey State Police issued a warrant last week for the man, who is from Pennsylvania.
