It appears as itchy red bumps or pus-filled spots on areas of skin that were in the water, like the chest, back, buttocks, and thighs — typically sparing the face and neck. Symptoms usually show up within 6–48 hours and may include mild fever or feeling unwell.In healthy people, it usually clears on its own in 7–10 day
